You can cancel your event for any reason up to 7 days prior to your event, at no cost.

You can cancel for weather related issues up until 24 hours prior to your event, at no cost to you. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time will forfeit their deposit, or 50% of the event total.

If you need to cancel, it is your responsibility to contact us via phone or email. If you receive our voicemail service, please leave a message and then call the emergency number, where you may also have to leave a message. Our office is not open on the weekends, but someone will get back with you. You should not consider your event cancelled until we confirm via call or email.
