Restrictions
Not all restrictions are a bad thing! Nothing is more important to us than keeping our animals safe and happy. Because of this, we are unable to offer the following services:

- Animal Productions: Our animals are pets and they are great at what they do. We are unable to use them in shows, productions, or anything that involves them being led around by non-staff members or brought up on stage.
- Indoor Events: Many animals do not like going indoors, which may result in a viral moment for all the wrong reasons. We cannot bring outdoor animals inside.
- Baby Animals: We keep all of our animals for life, so we don’t have a consistent supply of baby animals. Be wary of anyone who does.
- Llamas and alpacas must travel together or not at all. Their mental health is dependent on being with a friend.
- Camel or Donkey Rides
Common Questions
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured and USDA licensed (as all companies should be but aren’t always). You can download a copy of our insurance certificate under “Customer Support.” Please let us know if you need to be listed as additionally insured or a certificate holder when you book.
How much space do I need?
The 10 animal petting zoo and live nativity require a minimum of 15×15 ft and can even be condensed to the size of a one car garage. Hand led pony rides can be led around on lawns and in quiet parking lots. Pony carousels require approximately 30×30 ft. Specialty animals require additional space. We will also need room to park our vehicle.
What if it rains?
We have a very flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel or postpone your event at absolutely no penalty up until 24 hours prior to your start time. If you choose to proceed with your event, some services can be set up in garages or under awnings. We will provide small EZ Up tents for our animals as necessary.
Will you arrive early for setup?
We will arrive approximately 30-60 minutes prior to your start time to setup (longer for very large events). We’ll need a place to park and access to the setup area. If your event is already in progress, children will need to be kept away from the setup area until all the animals are secured and we’re ready to start.
