Just as the busy Fall season is winding down, Honey Hill Farm is gearing up for a record Christmas season. Beginning on November 24th, the Kentucky-based animal service provider will be operating special Christmas-themed petting farms at Kings Island (Mason, OH), Carowinds (Charlotte, NC) and Worlds of Fun (Kansas City, MO). All three parks are owned by Cedar Fair.
WinterFest debuted last year at California’s Great America and will be held at several additional parks this year. The event will feature lights, rides, and holiday activities like ice skating and cookie decorating.
Honey Hill Farm is in its third season as Kings Island’s regular season petting Farm provider. They will be extending their services there through Christmas, with the animals returning home for just a few weeks in November. Worlds of Fun and Carowinds will feature brand new animal exhibits.
The 40 animal menageries at each park will include camels, donkeys, sheep, goats and cows. The animals will have temporary housing and be cared for by experienced Honey Hill Farm staff.
Dates for WinterFest at Kings Island, Carowinds and Worlds of Fun are as followed: November 24-26, December 1-3, 8-10, 15-23 and 26-30, 2017. The petting farm will operate from 5-10pm.
Honey Hill Farm also provides the petting farm for Cedar Fair and Michigan’s Adventure during their regular season.
