Popular Services
Combo Packages You don’t have to choose between pony rides or a petting zoo. Most event planners do both. If you’re planning a small festival, you may choose a couple of hand led ponies and a traditional farm themed petting zoo. For a larger event, you may opt for a live pony carousel, a petting zoo, and even some specialty add on animals.
Traditional Petting Zoos Choose a 10, 20 or 30 animal petting zoo. All zoos include chickens, ducks, rabbits, sheep, goats, an alpaca and a miniature horse or miniature donkey. Larger zoos include specialty animals such a mini cow, pig or giant tortoise. Children get to feed the animals. Hand sanitizer provided.
Pony Rides Deciding how many ponies you’ll want depends on your crowd size. Smaller events usually include 1 or 2 hand led ponies, while larger events can feature a 3 or 6 pony carousel. A good rule of thumb is that each pony can give up to 20 rides in an hour. Request a large pony for children over 75 lbs.
Christmas and Easter Petting zoos and live nativities make a great addition to your Christmas or Easter program. Learn more about our Christmas and Easter services here.
Common Questions
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured. You can download a copy of our insurance certificate under “Customer Support.” If you need to be listed as additionally insured, there is a one time fee of $45.00. We are also USDA licensed and accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
How much space do I need?
The 10 animal petting zoo requires a minimum of 15×15 ft and can even be condensed to the size of a one car garage. Hand led pony rides can be led around in yards and down quiet streets. Pony carousels require approximately 30 x30 ft. Specialty animals require additional space. We will also need room to park our vehicle.
What if it rains?
We have a very flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel or postpone your event at absolutely no penalty up until 24 hours prior to your start time. If you choose to proceed with your event, some services can be set up in garages or under awnings. We also offer tent rentals.
Will you arrive early for setup?
We will arrive approximately 30-60 minutes prior to your start time to setup (longer for very large events). We’ll need a place to park and access to the setup area. If your event is already in progress, children will need to be kept away from the setup area until all the animals are secured and we’re ready to start.
